From Memory Lane Series

          Sometimes, memories come as if they were a movie scene, one you watched so many years ago but you still remember the little details that matter: the setting, the smell, the little  dialogues. Brief discussions full of meaning after time has gone by.

          —Why do you do it?—he asked full of amazement. —Why do you do it if you don’t love him? 

          She stared at him surprised he knew her feelings.

          —Or… Don’t tell me… You do love him?

          —No. Of course I don’t. I just do it because I can. Because it’s my chance to learn what I want to know.

          —Well, be careful. That’s all I can say.

          And yes, I should have been careful, like he said.

          First experiences are not always the best but if you keep on waiting for the perfet time to come, you may have a very long wait.

          —I gotta go now. Call me if you need anything.

          —Sure.
